REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
At Seeded Craft Man, we take pride in crafting premium grooming products designed to meet your needs. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a straightforward refund and returns process.

1. Returns Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued for eligible returns within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@seededcraft.co.za within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
4. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email us at support@seededcraft.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
- Refund of Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

7. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

8. International Returns
If you’re returning an item from outside the country, please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the return process.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
